The trdelnik pastry, originally from Slovakia, is available in every corner of the old town of Prague. The dough is wrapped around a stick and baked on an open flame, then, dusted with sugar, ground cinnamon and nuts. This inexpensive street food is very attractive to everyone who likes to have a quick snack while touring the town.
